John Deere tractor tire rims are made from hot-rolled steel and feature a one-piece design for strength and durability.  There are no seams or joints to suffer fatigue.

Because the rims are manufactured to John Deere specifications, customers can be assured that proper performance characteristics will be met.  Maintaining compatibility to the tractor's power rating eliminates costly and unnecessary downtime.

The rims are manufactured to meet Tire and Rim Association standards for rim dimensions.  This ensures that the rim mates properly with all major tire manufacturers’ tires.

Even though rims meet and comply with industry standards, many hours of extensive field and lab tests are conducted by engineers to ensure reliability.  Stress analysis is performed to determine the required material thickness that will provide satisfactory fatigue life for the rim.  Depending upon the rim’s size, material thickness ranges from .188 to .281 inches.
