Round Baler Pick Up Teeth

John Deere pick up teeth offer up to 47% greater wear life than competitive teeth. John Deere pick up teeth are shot-peened to resist bending and breaking and have five coils; most competitive teeth only have four coils. Many competitive teeth do not have the same shape, form or deflection - causing feeding problems.

LubeMinder®

An Automatic Lubrication System for Round Balers, Square Balers and Combine Harvesters. LubeMinder® increases the life of chains and sprockets by:

  • Ensuring excellent lubricant flow to all necessary parts
  • Reducing constant metal-to-metal contact
  • Reducing debris build-up
  • Reducing stretching of the chain
  • Applying lubricant at the optimum time for excellent penetration
  • Adjusting the dispensing rate for your specific operation

Round Baler Belt Maintenance

When it comes to routine maintenance for round balers, belts are often overlooked. A common misconception is that baler belts only need to be replaced when they break. But as baler belts wear over time, they begin to lose their tread. The best way to ensure maximum production and efficiency from your baler is timely replacement of belts.

Worn Belts can result in:

  • Slower bale starts
  • Damaged belt fasteners
  • Poor belt tracking

John Deere Diamond Tread Belts provide unbeatable performance and longer wear life. The tread surface forms a series of pyramids that consist of three steps. When the top two steps are worn, it’s time to replace the belt.

Chain Idler Kits

John Deere chain idler kits minimise chain wear and breakage

  • Relocates the idler mounting bracket to allow more chain wrap on the upper driven sprocket. Applications – 430, 435, 530 and 535 round balers

  • Allows more chain wrap on the upper driven sprocket and includes guide blocks for better alignment on 466 and 566 round balers.
